Shipping
Every package we ship is carefully packaged and inspected by us before delivering. We use our own specially designed shipping boxes, heavy duty recycled cartons, or a carrier's service designated shipping box, depending on the size, quantity and contents of your order.
All orders will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse. We ship our products to the GTA (greater toronto area) using Canada Postal Services (http://www.canadapost.ca).
We may use other type of shipping services such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, to some destinations outside of the GTA, or at customer's requests. In such cases, additional shipping charges will be added to the order.
Please Note that Fedex and UPS do not ship to P.O. Box numbers.

All products and orders are FOB (free on board) from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. Weekend delivery is normally not available. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Returns
Please note that only DEFECTIVE products can be returned for an exchange or repair. There is no refund on working products due to their nature.
All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Foldbikes.com within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days of purchase we can no longer issue an RMA. RMAs expire in 15 days after they are issued unless otherwise noted.
You should request a RMA by contacting us immediately you see a defect in the product your received.
If you have any tech support questions before requesting a RMA, please send us an email, and carefully explain the problem.
All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in BRAND-NEW condition, with all packaging, software, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation included.
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Foldbikes.com. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss.
When you get your RMA number, we will also provide the shipping address to where you shuld mail to.
